Jesse founded Felder & Company in 2000 to partner with a select few clients in accomplishing precisely this goal.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in investment research and portfolio management, Jesse is one of the most highly qualified and knowledgeable financial advisors in Central Oregon. After beginning his career at Bear Stearns & Co. where he acted as an assistant portfolio manager, he left to become one of the founders of Aletheia Research and Management, Inc., a hedge fund manager with assets over $100 million. Here he served as Vice President, Head Trader and Assistant Portfolio Manager. Jesse left Aletheia in the spring of 2000 to move to Bend and establish Felder & Company.

Jesse’s investment philosophy is firmly grounded in traditional “value investing.” His discipline is derived from the school of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffett. Jesse, however, marries this fundamental approach with technical analysis, sentiment research and macro-economic analysis to improve performance results. This proprietary, holistic approach is precisely what Jesse believes is the key to successful, long-term investing.

As founder of Felder & Company, Jesse recognizes that the company’s success comes down to relationships. When he’s not working, Jesse enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife Erin and their two, amazing children, Kurt and Virginia.
